We’re looking for Recovery Team Leaders and Recovery Workers who are looking for a rewarding career in mental health, supporting adults who have a mental health diagnosis with associated complex challenging needs in Scarborough. It’s an exciting opportunity as you will be supporting someone who will be taking a huge step from a restrictive hospital environment into a least restrictive community recovery service. 

You will be working within a team supporting someone transitioning from a hospital whilst being led by experienced clinicians as part of our MDT approach, including an experienced manager and recovery workers. In return, we can provide the opportunity of career progression, specialist training and development, and free lunch whilst on duty. We can promise no two days will be the same!

Leadership Role

To support the provision of a safe, cost effective, quality service. This will involve working alongside the Registered Manager/Qualified Nurse in the service delivery to clients who have a mental illness who may challenge in which enables them to maximize their independence, maintain family relationships and access community opportunities.

Recovery Workers

As a Recovery Support Worker you will be required to promote the independence of the client we support by proactively creating new ways to improve the quality of the client’s life by following person centred support plans (PCSP’s) and the nurse-led process.
